Why is my order separated into multiple packages?Updated 10 months ago

We do this for one or more of the below-listed reasons:

  • Your order contained items which were out of stock. We send the in-stock products first, and then email you to ask what you want to do with the out-of-stocks.
  • This will help you avoid customs duties.
  • You have ordered items shipped from more than 1 warehouse
