Do I have to pay tariffs or import charges when receiving my order?Updated a day ago

For USA customers: All orders placed after 26/08/2025 shipped by K-Packet or X-Route to the USA will have no additional import charges upon delivery.

For EU and Canada customers: Orders shipped by K-Packet or X-Route to the US will have no import charges upon delivery. 

For other countries' customers: We do our best to streamline delivery to you such that you will not have to pay import charges. However, in the event that your country's customs determines otherwise, you are responsible for paying them to ensure delivery of your order.
